It is implemented in France by the Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), and in the partner country by the Center for Scientific Research and International Cooperation (CISSC) of the Iranian Ministry of Research, Science and Technology (MSRT).
